We are pleased to report that there have been a record number of papers submitted to the conference as of March 22. Because of some website irregularities late in the day on March 22, the site will remain open through Monday March 24 (11 PM local time).

Paper selection will now commence, and the schedule for notification to prospective authors is April 30. We will post the Advance Program (including registration information) to this site no later than May 19.
