General Information

A Conference Profile providing demographic information about RAWCON is available. A booth (8 ft. x 10 ft) is priced at $1,250 and a tabletop (6 ft) is priced at $900. An Exhibit and Sponsor Prospectus is also available. Exhibits will use the International Ballroom pre-function area located on the second floor directly in front of the meeting rooms and adjacent to the registration area (Exhibitor Floor Plan). A daily schedule lists conference events by time and location.

If multiple boxes are being shipped, please label them sequentially, e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 for a set of three. Shipments will not be accepted earlier than three days before the conference; that is, shipments should arrive on Aug 7,8,9.

Exhibitor Registration Policies

Booth staff must be registered. Each exhibitor may register up to four staffers at no extra charge. Exhibitors should preregister staff by emailing their names to Robert Alongi, RAWCON2003 Exhibit Co-Chair.

Conference Technical Program

The RAWCON2003 Advance Program provides program details, including:

• Sunday Workshop: I.WLAN and RFIC Technologies, II.Software Defined Radio.
• Monday Workshop: I.MIMO Communication Links, II.UWB Systems and Applications.
• Monday keynote Address: "A Revolution in Radio Architecture" by Dr.Dennis Buss, Vice President of Silicon Development at Texas Instruments.
• Monday Evening Banquet Address: "Report from the Road to Wireless Ubiquity" by Craig J. Mathias, Principal with Farpoint Group.
• Tuesday Evening Panel Session: "Wireless Meshes - The Next Leap Forward" also hosted by Craig J. Mathias, Farpoint Group.

Exhibition staff registration entitles the staff member to admission to all exhibition hall food and beverage services. In order to attend other conference events shown in the RAWCON2003 Advance Program, staff should register using the registration form there or using the RAWCON2003 on-line registration system. Note that pre-registration discounts expire after July 17.
