IEEE MTT Transactions Mini-Special
Issue on RAWCON2000
Contributed papers are solicited
for a Mini-Special Issue of the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory
and Techniques on the 2000 IEEE Radio and Wireless Conference (RAWCON2000)
to be published in August 2001. The papers must be significantly expanded
versions of papers that appeared in the RAWCON2000 digest. All submitted
papers will be reviewed by the MTT Transactions editorial board
and will be subject to MTT publication policy, including page charges.
Only manuscripts recommended for publication with no changes or minor changes
will be accepted; because of the short publishing schedule, papers requiring
major changes, and thus a second review cycle, will not be accepted for
the special issue. Such papers may be resubmitted to the MTT Transactions
editor, Dr. David Rutledge, for consideration in a regular issue of the
Transactions.

The deadline for receipt
of submissions is December 15, 2000. Early submissions are greatly
appreciated and will be reveiwed promptly. Please submit your paper directly
